1. WHY WE NEED GOOD FIT SHOES

A child’s feet start life as a little more than pliable tissue. The bone structure within the feet will take up to 18 years to fully form. During this time the effects of illfitting shoes on small vulnerable feet can lead to many serious problems. Proper fit is imperative to children’s good health

- Little feet are sensitive, and kid’s shoes must protect them from injury, cold and heat.
- Researchers advise parents and retailers to measure feet and the inside length of shoes to ensure that shoes fit properly

- Research on three to six year old children found 69.4% wore too-short shoes and as a result 76.1% suffered from foot deformit
- Children often can’t tell if their shoes are too short and force their feet into poorly-fitting shoes
- Most shoes are mislabeled and shorter than indicated.
- Kids need 12-17MM of extra space in shoes for growth and wiggle room.

Starting with the last or the shoe form, we engineer a unique gauge for each size and construction.  


We then incorporated the gauge into the outsole design, so you can immediately see if the size selected is too long or too short before trying the shoe on

      Just like personality, foot shop varies and can be different to each child, narrow, wide, rounded, tapered, squared. And fitting is not just about length. We also ingeniously incorporating and additional finished padded insole on shoe styles, to accommodate medium and wide fit.
