Go for a walk! Our feet were made for walking! But like any other muscles, the ones in our feet need to be constantly exercised in order to maintain their function. Though walk is a low-impact activity, there are many ways you can use walking to improve your overall health. Also, it is free!

Reading books aloud to children helps stimulate their imagination and expands their understanding of words as well as develop communication and listening skills. The earlier your child is exposed to language and words, learning to read will be as natural as learning to walk and talk. It is also a great way to bond!
